We took Brooklyn down to the Doctor yesterday for her 12 month check up. She is doing great. She is still growing very well which is very good for a baby her age, she was in the 24 percentile for weight and 75 for length. The doctor said "Maybe she's going to take after her dad" which I have to admit the thought of that does frighten me a bit hehe. She's been eating all table food for quite a while now and loves it! She had to get her shots which is never fun, but necessary. They asked me if I wanted to give her a flu shot in a few weeks, I have never done that before so I was a bit nervous, any advice out there? Anyway, overall she is doing very well.

hey chicka we always give our kids the Flu shot! It's a must in our family! More kids and Elders die from the flu than anyone realizes! And as much as we are together, if your kids get the flu and passes it to my house, that'll almost kill Trav!!! So YES get it! haha! Brook is so cute! We still haven't taken Brek... i know we are sweet parents huh
what a cutie! As for the flu shot......I always give my kids flu shots.....it doesn't hurt them, but they still manage to get sick. But overall it is worth it cause a cold is better than the flu. I would do it!
