Lagoon!

A couple weeks ago we had the opportunity to go up to Lagoon with Shan's family, it was really so much fun and we're so grateful that we were able to go spend some valuable time with the kids and Shan's family. The girls LOVED Lagoon..especially Andie, that girl isn't afraid of anything...Brooke on the other hand was terrified by a couple rides but she still had a great time.

Me and Andie on the Dinosaur Drop, there was this ride and the Ladybug Bop right next to each other, they're the exact same ride but look different...Andie LOVED the ladybug one, in fact, I don't know how we got her on the Dinosaur one..(shes such a girl!)

Me and Brooke on the Ladybug one! She HATED this and screamed the whole time...I couldn't help but laugh..Does that make me a bad mom?

Happy Happy Birthday to my little Charly!!!

I cannot believe that my baby girl is one! I will never forget the day she was born when I took my first look at her sweet chubby face, I instantly knew that I had found another love of my life. You have always been so sweet Charly, so happy and can always make me smile no matter how my day may be going. I hope that you know how special you are and how much your family loves you! Happy Birthday baby girl, I can't wait to spend many many more birthdays with you!

Camping..Round 2!

This last weekend we went camping with Shan's family, it was really such a pretty area and the weather was pretty great actually...I just really wish I enjoyed camping..but I go anyway cause I know how much the girls love running around getting dirty and playing with cousins.

Don't mind the MASSIVE mesquito bites on my arm! OUCH!

We were able to go to a little parade that they had in Gunnison and then up to the park to let the girls go on a couple rides and get their faces painted.

Pine Valley!

So we went on the Annual Pendleton Family Reunion a few weeks ago, the campground that we usually have has been torn down (they're redoing a bunch of things up there) So they let us stay in the whole day picnic area, which is nice and big and everything but its right next to a raging river! Okay okay maybe its not "raging" but there was a lot of water okay...so it wasn't the most relaxing weekend I've ever had but it was still fun! I just hate when my kids get dirty...but shes still soo cute right?!

This was Adam and Tay doing our version of the "Minute to Win it" It was so funny to watch. You had to slide the oreo down your face and get it in your mouth with no hands...it was actually really hard!

Up to NO good!

So Andie and Brookie's most favorite thing lately is coloring...I'm pretty sure they could color all day. But Andie is especially on this name writing kick. She writes her name EVERYWHERE. She writes other people's names everywhere. It's really starting to bug because I'm starting to find it everywhere...on places where no pen, pencil, crayon, marker, or chalk should be! I guess this is just pay back from when I was younger cause apparently I did the same thing...but I was much worse! But the funniest story would have to be with this doll. The other night Shan and I were asking the girls who colored all over their baby...and Andie kept saying "It was Brooke, Brooke Brooke...I saw her!"

Really Andie...REALLY? Next time you wanna blame someone let's not write your name all over the evidence!

Perfect little Models :)

Last week the weather was so nice and overcast in the morning (Perfect for pictures) I usually never take pictures in the day but this day was so perfect so I got the girls ready and headed out, of course when we were finally ready the sun decided to come out :( BUT...they still turned out dang cute! I couldn't ask for better lil models than these two, they are so beautiful :)

Andie's Preschool Graduation!

So our little Miss Andie finished up her first year of preschool a couple of weeks ago. It was so cute to see her up there and to see all the fun things she has learned. They did sign language to the song "What a beautiful World" I caught myself tearing up with water running down my face....who does that at a preschool graduation? Apparently I do! I am so proud of her and all the things that she has learned this year. I never imagined that she would learn so much this first year but she is so good at writing all the alphabet, she can write her whole name and so many other words and she has the cutest little writing ever! We love her so much and can't wait to see what she learns next year!
